We obtains the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

  • Directly from you. For example, from forms you complete on our Platform.
  • Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on our Platform or interactions with our advertisers.

REQUIRED PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where we are required to collect certain Personal Information by law or under the terms of a contract with you or your employer or prospective employer, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we will not be able to perform under the respective contract and will not be able to provide access to or use of the Services.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

While you are visiting HealthSharing Review, you may have the opportunity to participate in surveys, quizzes, or other interactive features that request information about you and your opinions and preferences. Your participation in these features is entirely voluntary.
